I decided I needed something different this year.  I knew I wanted bright colors and some black walls.  I really love the final product. Here is a look at my classroom for the 2014-2015 school year.

For my borders I just used different color paper borders.  I also created new words for my word wall. My ABC headers are from Erica Bohrer's TPT Store.  These are the same ones I used last year.

For my word wall I bought some scrapbooking papers for the background.  I just love this wall.

This is my desk area.  I made the circle letters. The white chicken wire frame was purchased at Home Goods and my Things To Do Frame was purchased at Marshall's.  I found the Things To Do printable online as a Freebie.

Math Wall: I printed and cut the Math Wall letters.  I also purchased my calendar, months, numbers, and 120 chart at GW School Supply.  I made the ten frames from clip art that I have.  I made my Days In School sign using clips and scrapbook paper.

The Big Question Board: I purchased the scrapbooking paper at Joann's. The clothes pins were purchased at Michael's in their dollar section. I made the letters using a KG Font.

Reading Wall: This is one of my favorite walls.  Who doesn't love a Dr. Seuss quote?!  I printed all the letters and cut them.  I wish I had a Cricut Machine! It would have saved me a lot of time.

Here are some other areas in my classroom:

Here is a look into my classroom this year 2013-2014.
My Word Wall.  The ABC Headers are from Erica Bohrer's TPT Store and the words are from my TPT Store. This year I decided to purchase letter clip art.  The Word Wall letters are from Teaching Super Power's TPT Store.

This is my writing wall.  I purchase the Owls from Schoolgirl Style.  The set is called The Owl Collection-Part Two. I must say she has some amazing classroom printables! I purchased many items from her owl set. I glued these little owls onto a clothespin and then glued a tack on the other end.  This makes for easy changes to the writing wall.  Of course I saw this idea on Pinterest!

This owl clock set was downloaded for free from Second Grade Discoveries TPT Store.

These are my Birthday Pencils! I bought the neon pencils at Target and made everything else.  I purchase the colorful box at Dollar Tree.

This is one of my favorite purchases from the summer.  I bought this picture at Kirklands.

I think this is my favorite wall.  I purchase the scrapbooking paper at Joann's.  The owl is from Ross and the letters READ are from Michael's.

The Dots on Turquoise border and classroom jobs were purchased at Joann's.

The Dots on Turquoise border was purchased at Joann's and the numbers with the ten frames are from Erica Bohrer's TPT Store.

  1. I love! Where do you get the clip art to make all of your documents?

    1. Thank you Rebecca. Which documents would you like to know about? Many of the items I buy are from TPT. There are so many different classroom decor packs you can buy. I also show on School Girl Style. She has some amazing products that are editable and ready to print. Hope this helps :)
